Opportunities for professional and leadership development experiences are vital components to High Impact Practices and High Impact Engagement experiences because they provide spaces for students to learn real world leadership skills and tools, and to reflect on their identities and journeys and its impact on their leadership framings. Flames Academy is a one-stop shop and listing of all professional and leadership development opportunities (virtual and in-person seminars, conferences, workshops, etc) available to students to help round out their high impact engagement experiences.
